Senior HR Business Partner
. This is a high-impact role supporting senior leaders while helping evolve and modernize an enterprise HR function within a stable, values-based organization.
What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into scalable HR strategies

Lead enterprise-wide succession planning cycles, assessing critical roles, readiness, and leadership pipelines

Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent, capabilities, and capacity for future needs

Own and lead the employee engagement survey process, identifying themes and driving sustainable culture improvements

Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, L&D, HR Ops) to deliver integrated people solutions

Use workforce data and insights to proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities impacting organizational effectiveness
What We’re Looking For

8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience supporting senior or executive leaders
-
Strong consultative presence with the ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders appropriately
-
Experience in unionized, nonprofit, or complex environments is a plus

Salary Range highly factored by experience: $120,000 – $170,000
