Change Management

• Lead large-scale transformation and change initiatives

  • Support restructuring, mergers, or organizational shifts
  • Ensure smooth adoption of change across the business


HR Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze HR data to influence strategic decision

  • Provide insights on workforce trends and business impact
  • Measure ROI of HR initiatives

Coaching & Influence

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7–12+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP experience
  • Deep knowledge of HR strategy, labor laws, and organizational development
