Senior HR Business Partner | Gallatin, TN
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a
Senior HR Business Partner
to support plant leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership while balancing strategic HR leadership with hands-on employee support.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with manufacturing leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and talent strategy

Lead employee relations activities including investigations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution

Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiatives

Drive HR programs that support operational performance, culture, and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and workplace standards

Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, and Corporate HR teams to support business objectives
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred

5–8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations

Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and supporting hourly workforces

Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing environments preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

HR certification (SHRM or PHR/SPHR) preferred
