Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Senior HR Business Partner | Gallatin, TN


We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support plant leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership while balancing strategic HR leadership with hands-on employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with manufacturing leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and talent strategy
  • Lead employee relations activities including investigations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiatives
  • Drive HR programs that support operational performance, culture, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and workplace standards
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, and Corporate HR teams to support business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
  • Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and supporting hourly workforces
  • Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • HR certification (SHRM or PHR/SPHR) preferred
