Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Maryville, TN (Evening Shift)

We have been retained by one of the world's largest automotive technology companies, with 20 sites across North America and headquarters in Michigan.

They are looking for a Senior HRBP to join their offices in Maryville, TN, and they are also open to candidates willing to relocate.

This role will be responsible for supporting key business units at the production sites and driving HR initiatives across compensation, benefits, training and development, succession planning, and associate relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments and a customer-centric approach to HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for business unit leaders, providing strategic guidance and support
• Lead efforts in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
• Partner with management to assess workforce needs and implement HR policies
• Drive positive associate relations and foster a collaborative company culture
• Manage data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and program improvements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational management, or related field
• 5+ years of HRBP experience, including work with national/global corporations
• Manufacturing industry expertise
• Demonstrated experience with positive employee relations, administering discipline and performance improvement.
• Experience with Talent Management processes (e.g. talent review, performance management, succession planning, career development and training).

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year
