Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to join our team. This role provides strategic HR support and consultation within designated Operating Units (OUs), partnering closely with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workplace culture.

The Sr. HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving HR initiatives, providing tactical support, and ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management and staff.
Monitor, analyze, and address HR initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
Provide tactical support to line managers across various HR functions.
Act as a liaison with HR specialties such as recruitment, training & development, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits.
Lead and support change management initiatives across the organization.
Navigate and lead effectively within a unionized environment (required for most Operating Units).

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
Proven success working in a unionized environment (except for the Medical Group, The Providence Center, and Corporate Services).
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP) preferred.
