Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Bulk & Volume Hiring):

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments across the organization
• Plan and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume talent needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive recruitment accordingly
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly

Employee Engagement & HR Operations:

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
• Address and resolve employee grievances and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement activities
• Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies
• Maintain employee records and manage performance tracking and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience with strong focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) and employee relations
• Proven expertise in bulk and volume hiring
• Hands-on experience in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction initiatives
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-centric
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
