Senior Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead and support our organization’s HR functions with enthusiasm and strategic insight. Duties

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing strategies through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to promote a smooth integration process and positive onboarding experience.
  • Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration processes using platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity to support employee well-being.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning to ensure legal compliance across all HR activities.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts with effective conflict management techniques and fostering a respectful work environment.
  • Support performance management initiatives including employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning strategies.
  • Coordinate HRIS data collection, entry, and reporting using tools like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors to maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Drive change management initiatives by developing organization design plans and supporting workforce management strategies aligned with strategic planning goals.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices combined with strong understanding of employment & labor law requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques utilizing ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo.
  • Skilled in benefits administration, payroll processing (using systems like Workday or UltiPro), and HRIS data management for accurate recordkeeping.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey policies, procedures, and complex legal information clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities to lead HR initiatives from conception through execution while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong organizational design expertise along with experience in workforce management tools like Kronos or UltiPro for scheduling and attendance tracking.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements. Pay: $78,019.03 - $91,915.39 per year
