Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter (Female) who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Experience in BPO hiring is mandatory; exposure to Web3/Blockchain hiring will be an added advantage.

This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments.
  • Special focus on hiring
  • Screen, shortlist, schedule, and conduct interviews for all hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines, job postings, and candidate databases.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, background verification processes.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS, and compliance documentation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners.
  • Handle exit formalities and maintain proper offboarding records.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Lead employee engagement activities, team-building programs, and surveys.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure a healthy work culture and strong internal communication.

Performance & Policy Management

  • Support in implementing HR policies and performance evaluation systems.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback cycles with employees.
  • Assist in payroll coordination with the accounts team.

Additional Advantage

  • Experience or understanding of Web3, Crypto, or Blockchain hiring.
  • Ability to hire developers, community managers, analysts, and tech roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
  • Mandatory experience in BPO hiring.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced hiring.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives.
