Job Responsibilities:

To develop and implement HR Strategic Development Plan aligned with RHS five years strategic plan and HDS Department KPIs/ Scorecard is achieved within given timelines.

To develop and implement an MTO program for ensuring talent sustainability based on industry best practice.

To develop HR Planning Models for RHS and Hospitals for efficient utilization of Human Resource based on workload analysis, healthcare best practices and compliance to the regulatory authorities (PMDC & CPSP), and ensuring HR Cost Vs Revenue percentage is managed within average range of our competitors.

To ensure that JDs along with KPIs and Competency framework are updated and shared with staff and faculty for an effective PMS system.

To develop and implement sustainable Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and headhunt best talent in the market locally and internationally maintain applicants database for quality recruitment on immediate basis.

To ensure HR Analytics reports are prepared on monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis for measuring HDS Department performance and anticipating requirements, trends variances and sharing with Management in the Quarterly Review process.

To develop and implement Employer Branding strategy for branding and social recruitment and ensuring that RHS LinkedIn gets maximum followers.

To ensure automation of HDS functions with support of IT to achieve the goal of reducing paperwork to the minimum level in HDS Departments in 5 years.

To develop Career Paths for staff at all levels based on the professional profiling process to provide opportunity to staff for their career growth and development and supporting succession planning for RHS.

To ensure that proper Rewards System linked with the profiling process is in place for attracting and retaining quality talent.

To arrange affiliations and MOUs with leading HR organizations for learning and branding.

To ensure comprehensive support and guidance for Hospitals HDS teams for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance to the regulatory requirements, QA standards and GARC standards.

To carryout Learning Needs Identification process for developing Training plan and calendar for staff based on competency framework for improving their performance with more focus on the E Learning Management systems.

To develop and implement Healthcare leadership development program for developing talent pipeline for leadership positions for RHS internally.
