Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen HR operations within a growing and professional organization in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. What you'll do:

• Lead daily human resources operations and employee relations activities
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Partner with management to support performance management and employee development
• Monitor employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction
• Coordinate training, coaching, and professional development programs
• Ensure HR processes comply with company standards and local labor regulations
• Support compensation planning, attendance management, and HR reporting
• Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially
• Contribute to company culture, productivity, and organizational growth

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Management, Talent Management, or Employee Relations
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Ability to work in a professional and fast-moving environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Comfortable working with teams across different departments
• Experience with HR systems or Microsoft Office is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus

Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼28,000.00 per month
