Senior Human Resources Manager

  • Seasoned HR professional at Manager level or above with broad experience across multiple HR functions in large U.S.-based organizations
  • People leadership experience with direct management of teams of 10+
  • Strong hands-on HR operations background (not primarily strategy), including:
  • Talent acquisition
  • Workforce management
  • Executive HR
  • Organizational restructuring
  • Proven ability to modernize HR processes, policies, systems, and operating models
  • Experience managing multiple HR workstreams with clear tracking and structured reporting
  • Prior experience in Corporate / Headquarters HR
  • Confident decision-maker with clear accountability



Compensation: $180,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
