Senior Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and employee records.
  • Monitor employee performance appraisal systems and career development plans.
  • Identify training needs and organize learning & development programs.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Handle workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and succession planning.
  • Maintain HR databases, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Support management in organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with government authorities regarding labor and legal requirements when required.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, including managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
