Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and employee records.
- Monitor employee performance appraisal systems and career development plans.
- Identify training needs and organize learning & development programs.
- Ensure proper onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Handle workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and succession planning.
- Maintain HR databases, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Support management in organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding labor and legal requirements when required.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, including managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
