Currently we are expanding our HR department and looking for a specialist to support and grow our team. In this role you will support, and empower the team as we continue to deliver services across the region. You will work closely with the founders to support the company's vision & mission.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting all Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance with Egyptian and GCC labor laws, managing administrative operations, and acting as a point of contact for both internal staff and external stakeholders.
This position requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Personnel & Government Relations

Handle all personnel administration tasks including employment contracts, renewals, and employee files.

Manage all dealings with Social Insurance and Labor Office authorities, ensuring timely submission of documents and compliance with local labor laws.

Prepare and maintain all employment-related paperwork such as hiring forms, termination forms, and disciplinary actions.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.

Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Maintain and update the company’s recruitment database and talent pipeline.
3. Performance Management & Employee Relations

Coordinate the performance appraisal process, collecting evaluation forms and maintaining performance records.

Support management in implementing performance improvement plans and development programs.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture and effective internal communication.
4. Payroll & Compensation
-
Support the preparation of monthly payroll, ensuring accurate data on attendance, overtime, and deductions.

Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure salary payments and benefits are processed accurately and on time.

Prepare and issue monthly payslips to all employees, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely distribution.

Maintain confidentiality of all employee compensation and benefits information.
5. HR Policies & Strategic Support

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

Support management in HR planning, organizational development, and workforce strategy initiatives.

Act as an HR business partner, providing administrative and operational support to management and employees.
6. Administration Support

Handle administrative tasks related to office operations, meetings, and documentation.

Assist the Managing Director with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of internal and external meetings.

Manage office supplies, logistics, and administrative vendors when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and payroll procedures.

Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Previous experience in Oil and Gas is an advantage
