Senior HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations. The HVAC Engineer will play a key role in optimizing energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring the comfort of occupants in various settings.

Responsibilities:

• System Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design HVAC systems that meet client specifications and local regulations.
• Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, conducting regular inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues and recommend effective solutions to minimize downtime. Diagnose and rectify complex HVAC faults and ensure system efficiency.
• Energy Efficiency: Implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs of HVAC systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system designs, installations, and maintenance activities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations in all HVAC-related activities.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems,DX Systems split units, and ventilation systems.
• Maintain accurate logs, service reports, and maintenance schedules. Ensure all HVAC works meet quality standards and safety requirements.
• Coordination with the supervisors and Maintenance Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance.

Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to diagnose and rectify complex HVAC faults and ensure system efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, load calculations, and system selection.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, DX, air & water-cooled chillers, ducting, and mechanical ventilation.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

• diagnosing and rectifying complex HVAC faults: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering? (Required)
• UAE Driving License? (Required)
