Senior HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor HVAC equipment performance and recommend improvement actions

-Perform mechanical, preventive maintenance, inspections, servicing, repair, and overhaul

-Ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems in the administration building

-Prepare regular reports, KPIs, statistics, and updates for management

-Monitor EHS objectives implementation and site performance improvements

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

-Manage HVAC spare parts inventory and supply orders

-Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications

-Respond efficiently to emergency maintenance calls

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

-(5+) years of experience in HVAC maintenance

-Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience

-Solid understanding of safety standards, policies, and KPIs

-Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Flexible and available for emergency situations
