Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (On-call rotation required; occasional weekends and evenings as needed)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver high-quality service calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Build lasting customer relationships through professional and dependable work
• Work independently while receiving full support from an experienced team

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Level 3 skill set or higher
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• EPA Certification
• NATE Core Certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Ability to safely work from ladders and use power/hand tools
• Willingness to invest in personal tools and continued training

Nice-to-Haves:

• HVAC technical school certificate
• Own set of professional tools
