Senior HVAC Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing high-quality service and maintenance for their HVAC systems.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems including boilers and refrigeration units.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs.
• Perform field service tasks, including troubleshooting malfunctions and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on system operations.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems and their integration with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and property maintenance requirements.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
