Senior HVAC Technician

Location: Abu Nakhla, Qatar

Type: Full-time / Contract (Long-term)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in HVAC maintenance, ideally in FM or O&M environment

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical / Refrigeration & AC; trade certificate preferred

• PPM and breakdown maintenance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split/cassette units
• Refrigerant handling, leak detection and recharging (F-Gas or equivalent preferred)
• Diagnosis of HVAC faults and root-cause analysis
• Coordination with BMS team for setpoint adjustments
• Preparation of maintenance reports and job completion records
• Supervision of junior HVAC technicians on site
