Senior HVAC Technician - Minimum of 5 yrs exp

Established and proven Florida HVAC Company is looking for an experienced Sales, Repair and Service Technician. We need a resourceful person with initiative and a good work ethic who can move quickly in a dynamic, busy environment.

Requirements for the position include:

Valid Drivers License

Valid EPA License

Hands On Experience

You must have all the required tools. Flexible spending account provided. No On call or after hours required. We have a flexible scheduling program.

Our techs make between 65K and 150K a year. It's all up to you and how motivated you are. We pay an hourly rate plus commission. Our guys avarage around $50 to $150 an hour. We allow technicians to sell systems replacements and not flip the lead to comfort advisor.
