Senior Immigration Advisor – EU Countries

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Advisor to manage and advise on complex immigration cases across European Union (EU) countries. The role focuses on end-to-end case management, regulatory compliance, and providing expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on EU immigration laws, work/residence permits, EU Blue Cards, and entry requirements
• Manage full immigration case lifecycle across multiple EU jurisdictions
• Prepare and review visa and permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and legal partners
• Ensure compliance with EU mobility frameworks and country-specific regulations
• Track permit validity and support right-to-work compliance
• Act as the main contact for clients, HR teams, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and support process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, International Relations, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in EU immigration or global mobility
• Strong knowledge of EU immigration and Schengen regulations
• Experience handling complex, multi-country cases
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (additional EU languages are an advantage)

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
