Senior Immigration Advisor – EU Countries

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Advisor to manage and advise on complex immigration matters across European Union (EU) countries. This role involves end-to-end case management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on EU immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on EU immigration laws, including work and residence permits, EU Blue Cards, and entry requirements
• Manage the full immigration case lifecycle across multiple EU jurisdictions
• Prepare, review, and submit visa and permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
• Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and external legal partners
• Ensure compliance with EU mobility frameworks and country-specific immigration regulations
• Monitor permit validity, renewals, and support right-to-work compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, HR teams, and internal stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EU immigration or global mobility
• Strong knowledge of EU immigration regulations and Schengen rules
• Proven experience handling complex, multi-country immigration cases
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (additional EU languages are an advantage)
