The Role

We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Immigration Consultant to serve GCC nationals and Arab expats navigating complex immigration decisions. You will guide clients from first inquiry to signed engagement — explaining visa pathways, assessing eligibility, and converting consultations into active cases. Fluency in Arabic is non-negotiable; this audience demands cultural fluency, not just language skills.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Arabic and English consultations with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and video call
  • Assess client eligibility across Canada Express Entry & PNP, Australia Skilled Migration, and US EB-2 NIW
  • Present AI-powered proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
  • Close paid consultations and service agreements, meeting monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot throughout the sales cycle
  • Follow up on stalled and uncontacted leads using structured scripts
  • Collaborate with the service team during case handoff for a seamless client experience
  • Represent HOF professionally across all Arabic-language client touchpoints

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker (MSA + spoken dialect)
  • Business-level English, written and spoken
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or advisory roles (immigration, financial services, or professional services preferred)
  • Based in Dubai, UAE and available to work on-site
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based client workflows

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in immigration or visa consulting
  • Knowledge of Canadian Express Entry, Australian skilled migration, or US EB-2 NIW pathways
  • Gulf dialect proficiency (Egyptian, Levantine, or Gulf Arabic)
  • Experience working with professional or high-net-worth clientele

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Uncapped commission: tiered cash slabs from 5% to 14%
  • Monthly sales volume bonuses

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
