Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with expertise in B2C sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our company's products to individual customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a willingness to learn and understand our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Client Management:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
  • Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on performance.
  • Participate in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales staff.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales processes.
  • Lead by example and set high standards for performance and professionalism.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the immigration industry.
  • Knowledge of [specific sales techniques or methodologies relevant to the company].
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
