Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Inbound Telesales Executive with excellent British English communication skills to manage inbound calls for a UK-based mobile tyre repair and replacement service.

This is a high-responsibility role where customers call in urgent and stressful roadside situations. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for qualifying the call, providing pricing, collecting customer details, checking tyre and area availability, and assigning the appropriate technician—quickly and accurately.

This role is ideal for candidates with UK campaign experience, strong call control, and the ability to close high-intent inbound calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound UK customer calls for mobile tyre repair and replacement services
  • Communicate clearly in professional British English with confident call control
  • Assess urgency and reassure customers in breakdown situations
  • Provide initial pricing estimates before dispatching technicians
  • Check tyre availability, service coverage, and technician schedules
  • Assign and coordinate technicians for rapid response
  • Collect and accurately log all customer and job-related information
  • Ensure a smooth handover between customer and the technician
  • Maintain high call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory Requirements

  • Fluent British English (spoken) – NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Near-native or strong British accent and pronunciation
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience
  • Strong ability to handle urgent, high-pressure customer calls
  • Excellent listening, objection handling, and closing skills

Preferred Experience

  • Automotive, roadside assistance, tyre services, or emergency service campaigns
  • Senior or lead agent experience in inbound operations
  • CRM or dispatch system experience
