Criteria that will make you stand out for the position we are looking to fill:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and technical analysis within the context of software development and BI projects,
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of query languages, preferably SQL,
• Strong communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and technical requirements communication,
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex systems and provide clear, actionable recommendations,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple squads and priorities simultaneously,
• Fluent in English.

At McDonald's, you will do the following:

• Propose and implement best practices for process optimization, requirements documentation, and analysis methodologies,
• Gather, analyze, and document both functional and technical requirements across multiple squads (business and technical),
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development Teams to convert business requirements into well-defined, actionable user stories and tasks,
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, data flow diagrams, and technical design documentation,
• Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for development,
• Review API documentation and third-party integration specifications, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to integration standards,
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, providing mitigation strategies and solutions,
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are aligned with both strategic objectives and technical feasibility,
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements through all stages of the development lifecycle.
