The Salesforce Business & Technology Manager (Sales & Partner Sales) is responsible for maximising the value of the Salesforce platform across sales and channel operations. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, this role leads the business requirements needs, consults on implementation, and monitors for continuous improvement of business processes into Salesforce and related sales technologies — including AI (Agentforce)— such that we can fully leverage the platform to drive growth, efficiency, and customer success.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions, championing the adoption of new features and best practices. The role governs end-to-end business processes, ensuring platform capabilities align with operational objectives. It focuses on user adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement, leveraging automation and AI to optimize workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As a leader, you will manage a growing team of professionals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the platform evolves in line with business strategy and technology trends.
