Key Responsibilities:

Technology Operations Management:
Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute long-term IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor IT support staff, system administrators, and technical specialists while fostering a high-performance culture.

Cybersecurity and Compliance:
Implement security policies, monitor system vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.

Vendor and Budget Management:
Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, licensing agreements, and departmental budgeting to optimize operational efficiency.

Project Delivery:
Coordinate system upgrades, infrastructure deployments, cloud migration projects, and technology integration initiatives across departments.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Information Technology management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity frameworks, networking, virtualization, and IT operations management.

Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are highly valued.

Mindset:
You are solution-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing operational stability with innovation and long-term planning.

Pay: KD2,100.000 - KD2,850.000 per month
