Job Purpose


To ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, hardware, and software across Mattex Group locations by providing timely technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing system upgrades, maintaining network performance, and assisting with IT infrastructure projects.


Main Responsibilities


  • Provide day-to-day IT support for users across multiple locations (on-site and remote).
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure secure connectivity across all departments.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software faults, escalating when necessary.
  • Support Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems in coordination with the Applications team.
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights according to IT policy.
  • Manage backup processes, data recovery, and endpoint security tools.
  • Prepare IT reports, update asset inventories, and document incidents and resolutions.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and IT infrastructure improvement

Qualifications & Professional Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of IT support experience in a multi-location corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience in network and system administration.
  • Proven knowledge of ERP user support and troubleshooting.
