About the Role

A Senior Information Technology Support Engineer provides advanced technical support and ensures the stability, reliability, and performance of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role often sits above the standard help-desk level and may bridge between everyday user support, infrastructure tasks, and project-based IT initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user accounts
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network problems
• Support system upgrades, installations, and IT projects
• Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA
• Mentor junior IT support staff

What are we looking for?

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / End User Computing or similar role.
• Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices. Support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ ABM, and common enterprise applications / basic understanding of security software and Active Directory
• MAC / IOS exp. mandatory,
• With a valid driving license
