Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of wet utility systems (water, sewerage, and stormwater networks) across residential or mixed-use developments. Ensures projects meet design standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, review, and approval of wet utility systems for residential and commercial projects.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP, and landscape) to ensure integration of utility services.

Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and hydraulic calculations for water distribution, sewerage, and drainage networks.

Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Monitor construction progress, perform site inspections, and resolve technical issues.

Support procurement activities by reviewing contractor submittals, proposals, and materials.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Assist in preparing project reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in wet utility engineering within large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.

Proven experience in water supply, sewerage, and stormwater systems design and construction.

Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, EPANET) and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Strong knowledge of local utility regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
