Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Wet Utility

Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of wet utility systems (water, sewerage, and stormwater networks) across residential or mixed-use developments. Ensures projects meet design standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, review, and approval of wet utility systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP, and landscape) to ensure integration of utility services.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and hydraulic calculations for water distribution, sewerage, and drainage networks.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Monitor construction progress, perform site inspections, and resolve technical issues.
• Support procurement activities by reviewing contractor submittals, proposals, and materials.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Assist in preparing project reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in wet utility engineering within large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in water supply, sewerage, and stormwater systems design and construction.
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, EPANET) and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of local utility regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
