Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Banking Transformation | Saudi Arabia | $600–$750/day

We are supporting a major banking infrastructure transformation program in Saudi Arabia and are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure and Active Directory migration initiatives.This role is suited for candidates who have led multi-million dollar programs across GCC or global financial institutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure transformation programs
• Drive Active Directory and identity migration initiatives across enterprise environments
• Manage large vendor ecosystems and contract portfolios
• Establish strong governance, RAID, and executive reporting frameworks
• Engage C-level stakeholders across business and technology

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15+ years in IT infrastructure project/program delivery
• Proven experience in banking or financial services (non-negotiable)
• Hands-on delivery of Active Directory / IAM / migration programs
• Experience in GCC / Saudi / large government or giga-project environments
• Strong background in ServiceNow, SAP, or enterprise platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previously worked on NEOM, large banks, or national transformation programs
• Comfortable operating at program / senior PM level
• Experienced in high-pressure, high-visibility environments

Pay: ﷼2,250.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per day
