Revenue Ownership & Performance Delivery
· Drive overall team revenue targets through structured planning and daily monitoring
· Ensure consistent lead-to-conversion ratios across the team
· Track pipeline health and push deals toward closure
· Intervene in high-value or stuck deals to support closures
· Maintain predictable monthly revenue performance
2️ Team Leadership & Coaching
· Lead, mentor and manage a team of tele sales executives
· Conduct daily performance huddles and weekly structured reviews
· Monitor individual productivity, talk time and conversion metrics
· Coach team members on objection handling, pitching techniques and closing strategies
· Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans
· Maintain high levels of team morale, discipline, and accountability
3️ Sales Process & CRM Governance
· Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for all leads and opportunities
· Maintain discipline in follow-ups and response time
· Improve lead management process and reduce lead leakage
· Standardize call scripts and sales approaches for better efficiency
· Ensure complete documentation of deals and client interactions
4️ Cross-Functional Coordination
· Work closely with marketing team to ensure lead quality and volume
· Provide structured feedback on campaign performance and lead behaviour
· Coordinate with operations/support teams for smooth onboarding
· Escalate issues impacting closures or client experience
· 4–7 years of inside sales / telesales experience
· Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
· Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics
· Proven ability to improve team productivity and revenue output
· Excellent communication and coaching skills
· Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, telecom, or technology sales preferred
· Data-driven and highly process-oriented
· Strong leadership maturity and ownership mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
