With clients across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, BFSI, and retail, we design immersive learning experiences that help organizations scale their L&D efforts effectively. Job Description-
We’re hiring Senior Instructional Designer who brings 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in instructional design, storyboarding, and learning solutions. The ideal candidate is not expected to develop in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Captivate, but instead to focus on the core instructional thinking, learning architecture, and content strategy behind effective training solutions. This role will also require active collaboration with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support proposals, solution notes, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze client requirements in collaboration with Sales, SMEs, and project stakeholders to define learning goals and strategies.
· Create detailed instructional design documents (IDDs) and storyboards for eLearning, micro learning, gamified modules, and scenario-based learning.
· Work closely with the Sales/Pre-Sales team to design instructional solutions for RFPs/RFIs, craft high-impact proposal content, and support client pitches or demos.
· Participate in client discovery calls to gather training needs and propose relevant digital learning strategies.
· Translate technical or complex concepts into learner-centric, engaging instructional content.
· Apply adult learning theories, Bloom’s taxonomy, and ADDIE/AGILE models to structure learning content effectively.
· Collaborate with visual designers and development teams to ensure instructional integrity and content alignment in the final product.
· Conduct content QA and storyboard-to-course reviews to ensure learning outcomes are met.
· Stay up to date with learning trends and recommend innovative formats where relevant (e.g., simulations, interactive videos, branching).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 4 to 6 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong focus on storyboarding and solution design.
· Ability to independently design and pitch learning experiences to internal teams and clients.
· Strong written communication and storytelling skills; ability to present concepts visually.
· Comfort working with Sales/BD teams and contributing to solution decks, solutioning documents, and client meetings.
· Exposure to eLearning levels (1–3), gamified learning, micro learning, and scenario-based design.
· Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including graphics, tech, and client services.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Mass Communication, or related field.
Preferred (Good to Have):
· Experience in designing learning for industries like healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
· Exposure to tools like Miro, MS Visio, or white boarding platforms to visualize learning journeys.
· Awareness of accessibility (WCAG), DEI in learning, or localization strategies.
What We Offer:
· A creative and growth-oriented work environment with exposure to global clients.
· Opportunities to contribute strategically to both design and pre-sales efforts.
· Flexible work setup (remote/hybrid) with a strong culture of collaboration.
· A dynamic team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
