Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Instrument Technician with strong hands-on experience in instrumentation systems, including gas chromatographs (GC), flow computers, transmitters, and analyzers. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Gas Chromatographs (GC)
• Handle flow computers, transmitters, and analyzer systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) for all instrumentation systems
• Perform and support instrument calibration activities
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement and control systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions
• Coordinate with engineers and vendors for technical support
• Maintain proper documentation and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Instrumentation or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in instrumentation and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with GC, flow computers, transmitters, and analyzers
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
