Senior Insurance Sales Manager (General, Motor, and Health Insurance sales exp is required)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead and expand our insurance sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general, motor, and health insurance sales, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for general, motor, and health insurance products.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE Insurance Authority regulations.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in insurance sales (General, Motor, Health) in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
