Senior Integrated Eligibility Systems Trainer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Integrated Eligibility Systems Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training for the Integrated Eligibility system supporting Medical, SNAP and Cash programs. The incumbent will collaborate with other team members and Organizational Change Management leadership to deliver training and develop and maintain training materials and training schedules. The core duties associated with the role are as follwos:

  • Analyze, design, develop, and test industry-standard training materials in support of on-going continuing improvement and new releases.
  • Provide hands-on support for front-line worker and their supervisors.
  • Deliver quality training with measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct post-training assessments, including observation. Assist in establishing support tickets to identify training and support needs.
  • Mentor other eligibility Trainers in the best practices for adult learning.
  • Minimum Education/Certification requirements: bachelor’s degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience Behavior Characteristics.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.
2. Plans, support users
3. Develops technical applications to support users.
4. Develops, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.
5. Provides training for system products and procedures.
6. Performs application upgrades.
7. Performs, monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real-time databases, real-time.
network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.
8. Troubleshoots problems.
9. Ensures project life cycle is following District standards and procedures. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
10. Candidates should possess demonstrated experience in Learning Management System (LMS) design and development. This includes proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate or comparable platforms)
11. Candidates should possess experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and the ability to design, build, and validate training cases within a system training environment to support instructional delivery and system reinforcement

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Information Tech Project management and analytical skills: 10 years (Preferred)
  • delivering Instructor Lead Training: 10 years (Preferred)
  • software including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.: 10 years (Preferred)
  • principles and practices of adult learning: 10 years (Preferred)
  • instructional methods and training techniques: 10 years (Preferred)
  • facilitate training sessions: 10 years (Preferred)
  • evaluate the effectiveness of training techniques: 8 years (Preferred)
  • communicate information and ideas clearly verbally/writing: 10 years (Preferred)
  • manage multiple & competing priorities w/ short deadlines: 6 years (Preferred)
  • training the IBM Curam CGISS and HCR modules: 2 years (Preferred)
  • training integrated eligibility systems to frontline workers: 2 years (Preferred)
