Position Overview

ITSC is seeking a Chief Integration Engineer to provide expert management and leadership of the Missile Warning Integration and Test team. This role serves as a senior‑level authority for system verification, providing independent consultation and enterprise leadership across Missile Warning technical and management domains.

The Chief Integration Engineer delivers strategic guidance on verification methodologies, approaches, and continuous improvement, ensuring system performance, reliability, and mission readiness across the FORGE enterprise.

Impact of the Role

The Chief Integration Engineer plays a critical role in shaping enterprise level verification strategies for Missile Warning systems. This position directly impacts system quality, verification rigor, and operational confidence by ensuring sound methodologies are applied across integration, test, and validation activities for mission critical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide expert management and leadership for the Missile Warning Integration and Test team

· Serve as senior level independent technical authority for system verification and validation

· Lead enterprise verification methodologies, standards, and improvement initiatives

· Provide strategic recommendations to enhance Missile Warning verification approaches

· Ensure alignment across integration, AIT, and RDT&E activities

· Collaborate with government stakeholders and enterprise engineering teams to support mission outcomes

Required Knowledge & Technical Expertise

· FORGE Mission Data Processing Application Framework

· ITW/AA Enterprise

· Command and Control (C2) Systems

· MIL‑STD‑1521B

· Agile / Scrum methodologies (Jira, Confluence)

· Design of Experiments (DOE)

· System Verification and Validation (V&V)

· Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT)

· FORGE Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Environments

Qualifications

· Minimum of 17 years of relevant experience supporting complex DoD or Missile Warning systems

· Master’s degree in science or engineering

· Demonstrated senior‑level leadership in system integration, test, and verification

· Proven ability to provide independent technical authority and enterprise‑level guidance

· Active TS/SCI clearance

Compensation

$155,000.00 - $165,000.00

Salary is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and contract requirements
