Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business in identifying integration requirements and create corresponding technical specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper configuration and deployment of integration solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between various systems and applications, utilizing industry-standard integration methodologies and tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all integration solutions.
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of integrations.
- Develop middleware solutions using defined development standards, procedures, and design specifications.
- Develop test scripts, perform unit testing, and contribute to integration testing of development objects.
- Provide technical support to end users; diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
- Good understanding on Dynamics 365 and AWS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, working with internal and external teams as needed.
- Exposure to API Gateways.
- The Senior Specialist Integrations is an individual who will need to collaborate with other technology stakeholders and enjoys mentoring and coaching.
- Will require strong planning, written and verbal communication skills.
- Will require experience interfacing with senior management and have an ability to make suggestions and influence decisions.
- Support in maintaining standardized operating procedures and artifacts including Solution / Integration design documentation, tools, templates and supporting information.
- Facilitate the identification of continuous process improvement initiatives and the prioritization of these initiatives with the IT Project teams.
- Establish automated processes, workflow, and reporting capabilities to drive quality and efficiency of services and operational procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to integrations and recommend improvements to existing integration solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design long term, big-ticket performance enhancements.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering subjects
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience of Integration using BOOMI as a platform and over all 7+ years of engineering experience
- Demonstrated understanding at a high level of one or more industry standard ESB Tools like Boomi, MuleSoft etc. Excellent understanding of integration patterns.
