Senior Intelligence Analyst

Mid-Level Security Consultant

Google is seeking a Mid-Level Security Consultant with experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and incident response. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, networking, and operating systems, with the ability to analyze and respond to cyber threats effectively.

Responsibilities include:

1. Evaluating current and emerging tools for tracking advanced persistent threats (APTs), techniques, and attacker motivations.
2. Conducting strategic, tactical, and operational research and analysis of adversarial cyber threats.
3. Correlating intelligence to develop insights into threat activity.
4. Presenting tactical and strategic intelligence to clients, including briefings and reports to executives and security teams.

This role involves assisting clients in navigating complex incidents, performing forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage. You will test networks and applications to defend against threats and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in threat intelligence and customer support roles.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools, intrusion operations, log analysis, and incident response.
• Experience working in government environments and with forensic reports, malware analysis, and network security.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, enterprise IT infrastructure, operating systems, and networking.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in program management or business.
• Knowledge of attack techniques, cyber attack life cycles, and related tools.
• Experience with malware/security and Google products.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (hybrid work model including remote options)
