The Intelligent Automation Developer is an experienced senior automation developer. The purpose of this role is to:

Design, develop, and implement Intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Co-pilot Studio, and Azure technologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Serve as an all-rounder and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Lead AI-driven projects and mentor other developers in AI technologies, ensuring the team stays updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Leverage Azure services to integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources, ensuring seamless end-to-end automation.

Create custom connectors and build AI-powered automations to extend Power Platform capabilities using programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

Develop strong backend database using stored procedures, triggers, etc. in MSSQL database.

Optimize automation solutions for performance, scalability, and efficiency, utilizing core development skills and adhering to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to live automation use-cases, ensuring minimal downtime.

Education/Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Certifications on RPA or AI/ML is a must
Years of Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in Process Automation domain including RPA and DPA

5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform is a must (especially on Power Apps and Power Automate).

5+ Years of hands-on experience MSSQL Database programming

5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning/Deep learning
