Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interface Engineer with 10+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically tunneling works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical and operational interfaces between multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure/tunneling projects
• Proven experience in interface management on large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination (civil, MEP, rail, or utilities)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management and coordination tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in tunneling projects (TBM/NATM)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces across complex project environments
• Experience working with international contractors and consultants
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
