Senior Interface & Integration Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all interface activities between O&M Contractors, the Employer, and all involved third parties.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for matters involving utility companies, governmental authorities, emergency services, and other external agencies relevant to project delivery.
  • Facilitate and maintain effective cooperation between KAPT project stakeholders, ensuring transparent and efficient communication.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee interface protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead interface and integration workshops, driving collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve interface and integration gaps, mitigating risks to project delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the Employer in all matters related to interface management and integration.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to interface issues, resolutions, and actions.
  • Leverage sound PR skills to maintain positive stakeholder relationships and represent the Employer’s interests in external communications.
  • Apply thorough technical experience within the railway sector to address and resolve interface challenges.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ railway experience including railway consulting experience
  • Extensive experience in interface management and integration in large-scale railway or transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong knowledge of public relations principles, with experience in external stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic language required.
