Senior Interior Design Manager

About the Role:
EDS Concepts Design and Fit-Out LLC is seeking a highly experienced and design-driven Senior Interior Design Manager to lead interior design and fit-out projects in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on overseeing design execution, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery across commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Oversee interior design concepts from planning to execution
• Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for fit-out projects
• Client Coordination: Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Technical Oversight: Review drawings, materials, and specifications
• Site Supervision: Ensure design intent is properly implemented on-site
• Team Leadership: Manage designers, draftsmen, and project teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in interior design or fit-out project management
• Skills: Strong creative, technical, and leadership capabilities
• Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in fit-out, residential, or commercial interiors
• Leadership: Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
