Senior Interior Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest level of design excellence, client satisfaction, and project delivery. This role requires strong design vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide junior designers and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of design concepts, space planning, material selection, and presentations for high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Manage projects from concept through design development, construction documentation, and site supervision.
• review detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, provide innovative solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and design direction.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional interior design experience, with a proven track record of leading projects. ( UAE EXPERIENCE )
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise across diverse project types.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD,, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Corona Render , etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing & FFE.
• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead a design team and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience in: luxury residential, commercial, retail, hospitality
• Aware of local building codes, standards, and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Interior Design: 6 years (Preferred)
