Senior Interior Designer

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager – Interior Projects to oversee and deliver multiple interior fit-out projects across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities ● Plan, execute, and deliver interior design/fit-out projects from concept to completion. ● Prepare project timelines, budgets, and schedules. ● Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors. ● Oversee site execution, ensuring quality control, safety, and adherence to specifications. ● Manage procurement, monitor costs, and handle project billing. ● Conduct regular site meetings and issue progress reports. ● Handle client communication and resolve on-site issues promptly. ● Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards. ● Manage project handover, snag lists, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills ● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. ● 4–6 years’ experience in interior fit-out or construction project management. ● Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and building systems. ● Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar project management tools. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. ● Familiarity with Delhi NCR building codes and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
