Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 3.5+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with clients and team members to deliver innovative and functional spaces. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple interior design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to create tailored design solutions.
• Design Development: Develop concepts, layouts, and detailed designs that align with project goals and brand identity.
• Team Coordination: Oversee and mentor junior designers and coordinate with other stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Space Planning: Create functional layouts using CAD software and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Material and Finish Selection: Source and specify materials, furniture, and finishes while balancing quality, cost, and aesthetics.
• Presentation Skills: Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients for approval.
• Project Documentation: Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications to guide contractors and fabricators.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3.5+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
