We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team and lead creative, innovative, and practical design solutions.

Job Description

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering interior design projects from concept to execution. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strong leadership to guide design teams and ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.
• Prepare mood boards, space planning, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories aligned with project concepts.
• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of interior design experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE fit-out industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit (preferred), and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent sense of design trends, materials, and finishes.
• Strong communication, client handling, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
