Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities and Duties

• Meet with clients to understand and gather client requirements, preferences, and lifestyle details.
• Develop mood boards or design concepts to present ideas.
• Conceptualize innovative designs that balance aesthetics with practicality.
• Prepare Design Presentations, detailed sketches such as Floor Plans, Furniture Layouts, CAD drawings for Modular and On-site works, 3D visualizations, and other required documents in relation to the Project.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client preferences, feedback, and goals to ensure satisfaction.
• Address challenges related to space, materials, or construction to deliver solutions that meet design standards.
• Determine project costs, budgeting, and timelines for completion. Manage workflow throughout the project.
• Prepare Project Quotations and ensure designs fit within budgets.
• Address on-site issues or changes as they arise.
• Monitor project progress to align with design specifications.
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure client satisfaction.

· Applicant should be from a Design educational background

Software need to be used of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V ray

Qualifications and Skills

• Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company standards.
• Be able to do quick rendering as per customer specifications and provide information about interior accessories.
• Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
• Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage.
• Propose creative/competitive designs to the Management to obtain more business opportunities in the market.
