Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

Ten Eight Interiors is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the UAE . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering high-end commercial and residential projects, excellent design sensibility, and proven leadership in guiding design teams from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development through detailed design and site execution.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Develop mood boards, presentations, and design proposals with a focus on creativity and functionality.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, ensuring design consistency across all projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of interior design experience in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial and/or residential interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp is mandatory (preferably with D5), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
