Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with at least 4-5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of design principles, technical drawing, and project execution while contributing to innovative design solutions. You will collaborate closely with junior designers and clients to create functional, beautiful spaces.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and development of interior design concepts for both residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed design plans, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Support the design team with project research, sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using design software (AutoCAD, 3dsmax, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist in preparing design proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the progress of design implementation and ensure designs are executed according to plan.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and design techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design (residential and commercial).
• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3dsmax, Lumion, Corona, Vray and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Arabic speaking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A creative approach to problem-solving with a focus on functionality and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of current design trends and materials in Kuwait is a plus

Preferred Qualifications :

• Proficiency in design software 3D modeling and rendering software is a must (e.g., Autocad 3d, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).
• Arabic and English speaking
• Experience with project management or client-facing responsibilities in Kuwait
